This is not a conversation where I’m claiming to declare some sort of absolute truth. It IS a conversation about playing with a new, expanded, curious and compassionate perspective that might make life feel a bit easier, a bit more whole and that may support more healing.

In this episode, I’m inviting you to play with the “holy-both and” of healing and explore some “what ifs”. . .

*What if we don’t make any ONE aspect of healing THE focus, but instead stay curious about ALL of them? When we think holistically, we MUST look at the physical (obviously) but often the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects are overlooked.

*What if we stopped looking at things “going wrong” and started putting energy toward de-coding what the body is actually trying to tell us beneath the discomfort and fear? There is power in getting beyond blame, victimhood and attachment to how things “should be” to create space to de-code what MUST be for us to be more whole, more interconnected, more empowered and more connected spiritually.

*What if our bodies are just trying to show us the things, people, perspectives and beliefs that we’re still holding onto that are actually causing harm? (self-betrayal, ignored grief, bypassed pain, unlived truth, etc.)

*What if our body is trying to get us to move authentic emotions that we thought we had to suppress in order to survive? (but are now weighing us down and eating away at us from the inside)

*What if our body doesn’t have any idea about right/ wrong or good/ bad when it comes to situations, it just knows what’s aligned and healthy for us. . . outside of the stories of who/ what we “should be/ do”? What if it’s the most honest compass we have?

Healing has a LOT of layers and this conversation is meant to open the door to going a bit deeper with it all in service of expanding our understanding of real deal empowering, sustainable healing, as I believe that the body is our most helpful guide in our deconditioning journey. . . especially when we can actually receive the gifts and guidance it's trying to offer.
