It’s one thing to enjoy something for the beauty that it already exemplifies, but there is something special about looking at the work and depth that frames the picture of it; Jonah executes that so well as a host. Excavating and highlight the artist and what they are saying and the melodies that frame them, while maintain light authenticity through convo. If you enjoy that kinda podcast, I’d go for it and take a listen. ;)

Lots of love for this program. Lyrics in modern music are often looked and Lyrical shines a much needed spotlight on the craft of lyric writing. Can’t recommend it enough.

This is such a fun and I retesting podcast for those that love local musicians and supporting local artists. Local bands deserve much more credit than I think they currently receive but Jonah is helping change that. His knowledge of music and personal experience being in a popular local band himself offers great insight and conversation with other musicians. Keep rocking, Jonah!

I think in many podcasts the host tries to be the star of the show, but in Lyrical the opposite is true. Live performances and entertaining conversation. What more could you need?

Love the podcast man. I just wish I could play the John Mark Nelson podcast. It won’t let me listen to it. Once it get to about 1:30, the podcast will freeze up. Could you maybe re-upload it? I’m a big fan of Nelson’s.
