If you’re a fan of Steven Universe, this podcast is a great way to look back and experience what it was like to be in the fandom as it was airing. Even if not, they’ve since expanded to cover all sorts of other similar shows like The Owl House, Amphibia, Craig of the Creek, Summer Camp Island, etc. Also, ha ha, left a review even though you weren’t asking for them anymore 😎

Every episode that has Hunter on is ruined by his constant screaming.

You can tell how much they love the series but it really feels like their prerogative is to find inconsistencies and flaws. A lot of the appreciation their defense comes from gets lost in their unwarranted beef with the crewniverse. Often they take a position of superiority from these creators which is especially frustrating because the series is incomplete. Overall it comes off entitled.

This is not a bad podcast

This is a fantastic podcast! I’m always excited for a new upload

So I have been an avid fan of Steven universe from the start, and the theories and the discussions they do here are awesome! My one problem is that there isn’t a problem

I think you should talk about how I am going to make a Steven Universe crossover with the LEGO movie!!! It will have a relationship with emmet and one of topaz . And how white diamond is like lord Business . And how the relationship with ruby and sapphire is damaged .

I miss Ken and Dakota. But love this podcast it never fails to make me think and make me laugh.

I've listened to the podcast since the beginning and really enjoyed it, but the quality is uneven, depending on the people talking. In the most recent lineup, David, GC, and Sophia are great. Isabelle, sadly, is not meant for podcasts. She doesn't seem prepared for the topics/discussion, is usually very quiet, and when it's just her and GC, is super awkward. She seems like a lovely person, but this isn't her skill-set. Nothing wrong with that for a person, but she shouldn't be on the show.

Thank you GC and David for making such a great podcast every week. Great content

They provide everything I could want in a Steven Universe podcast: fangirling/fanboying, theorizing, appreciating the small details of the show, good-natured banter, and the consistency of weekly episodes. Good job, everybody.

Loved this show for a long time. Great discussions, lore and jokes. Keep up the good work! <3

If you want to do a fan podcast about anything you owe it to yourself to listen to this podcast, as it's almost a template of how to do one right: No plugging of the host's other projects, no fanboy politics, no other padding. Just opening theme, introductions, and then BOOM! straight into content!

You guys are so awesome! Every Monday the new episodes make my day. I can't wait until the episode about Steven vs Amethyst! You are really cool. Keep up the great work!

As someone who has just gotten into SU it has been a real treat to go through all of these podcasts. I work overnight stocking at a grocery store and these really help me get through the night. Also it is fun to hear people gush about something that I love so much, feels like I'm right at home while listening to these guys. Keep up the great work and I will keep up the listening!

So I've really liked this podcast ever since I've subscribed to it, with great people and all. I just started thinking about what happened to Rose Quartz. Did she die, because when Greg Universe said she gave up her physical form to bring Steven into the world, I pondered. She gave up her "physical form" but where did her conscience go? Shattered gems do not die, they try to find the rest of themselves. With that in mind, I think that Rose could have transcended into something else, like Lion, or somewhere in "The Room". This is just a theory, but I would like to hear some feedback from some fellow Steven Universe fans.😊

The team for this podcast all come together with great ideas, theories, and commentary on a wonderful show. It’s a shame that in the more recent episodes, reviews are held with usually only two or so of them, because the handful of different personalities that create this podcast really make for an enjoyable listen. EDIT: Also, Hunter is my favorite.

Thank god I came across this podcast! I would recommend listening to it on long car rides! Very good content to listen to right here! (If you like Steven Universe that is) 12/10 AND WOW! THANKS!

They have awesome conversations and topics, always engaged, LOVE it

By far my favorite podcast. You really start to feel like you know the people after a while. If you haven't listened yet, I suggest starting with the episode "trivia night" because I think it gives a good first view into the main people who do the podcast.

This podcast is a great chat about Steven Universe. The podcasters have great cameraderie and they have a good detail-oriented approach to the show's tone and content. Occasionally there is a tangent that goes on a little long and the thread of conversation lulls a little. Otherwise, it is a fine podcast witbh a great cast and a fun listen for someone who wants to here insightful commentary from other fans of Steven Universe.

I love Steven universe and this podcast really delves deep into the plots and sidenotes. This is the best SU podcast out there in my opinion.

1. I love you guys mostly sophia and hunter posible ship 2. You should do a podcast on the new Steven Universe book "Steven Universe Guide To The Crystal Gems" 3. Sorry if I ofened Hunter or Sophia : (

I'm so happy I stumbled across this podcast. I love Steven Universe and it's great to hear devoted fans talk about everything they love about the show. Really great stuff these guys and gal are putting out!!

seems pretty good, but exactly the same as toon goons? *edit* it’s basically the podcast toon goons plus kip dynamite

You all do an amazing job of breaking down the episodes while still keeping it fun and entertaining. Keep up the great work!

i really like this podcast! it has an equal balance of humor and theory(love you hunter), and the time of each episode is just right for me! also, since this is a show i really like, it makes it even better. thank you guys for making this podcast, because it gives me something to listen to!

I am a huge fan of the show. And these guys have really in depth conversations that is just fun. Really easy to listen too and great attention to details. If you love the show then you'll love the podcast.

Ken, GC13, Dakota, Hunter, and, sophia hilarious. These guys are super cool. They go really deep into the show In a good way there funny give em a listen

I like this podcast a lot. The end

This podcast covers each episode from a number of different view points and from a number of levels. The hosts discuss each episode as an individual entity, but also make a lot of connections and theories that have made me go back and rewatch episodes looking for hints of foreshadowing. Love all the nerdy references and enjoy that the guys can have fun with some serious topics that the show presents. A definite must-listen for any Steven fan!

LION WOULD LISTEN BUT HE HAS PAWS

I love Steven Universe and these guys have done a great job with their podcast. I love the analyze and different perspectives that each member brings to the table.

I love this podcast because I'm such a fan of Steven Universe and it's so amazing to be able to listen a group of fans share their unique viewpoints on each new episode every week.

Love this show keep it up boys.

I’m lovin’ Steven Universe and I am loving this podcast. I understand if they take a break during the current hiatus of the show, but I would love it if they went back and discussed some of the earlier episodes they haven’t talked about yet (nudge, nudge, wink, wink). Definitely staying subscribed either way.

The conversations are so easy to follow! They sound like such easygoing people too! They talk about stuff I know and some points they make are relatable :)

Really enjoy this podcast. I love the show Steven Universe and like piecing together all the fun lore on the show and it's a lot of fun to hear these guys theorize and anticipate what's next for Steven, the Crystal Gems and Beach City. Thanks for a fun podcast!

I knew 0% about the subject matter going in. They didn't talk down, they didn't talk over, and they didn't go completely exclusive. They were inclusive and knew enough to talk to the most avid follower of Steven Universe and the newest newbie. Good stuff.

What can I say. As a fan of steven universe, this podcast is a fun little companion dialog. Give it a shot! Of course, it has some minor flaws.. But if every porkchop were perfect, we wouldnt have hot dogs.

The intro is a little long but a cool audio choice, the banter is pretty light and entertaining. The guys do a good job jumping back and fourth from serious to on topic. keep up the good work and keep an eye on the mic levels sometimes they deep too low making it hard to hear but good start. -joesquared

I’m so glad to see some in-depth conversation about one of my favorite currently-running animated series, Steven Universe. I will definitely keep listening.

I have only seen a few episodes of Steven universe, but I found them enjoyable. This show LOVES Steven Universe and will be a great listen to other fans of the series.

So as someone who has never seen this show, I will change that now. Also as someone who has a Reddit account dedicated to quoting Seinfeld I love people that are this in depth about a TV show. Crazy amount of analysis. Also, I am 90% sure one of the hosts is Sheldon from Big Bang Theory. Sounds exactly like him. Good work.

If you like the show, this podcast is a great companion!

Accessible discussion for the casual fan with a nice relaxed setting, but not afraid to really discuss things either.

My love for steven universe brought me to this site. I love how deeply they analyze everything in the show it really gets me thinking. I love the theories that comes with this show. When one question finally gets answered 10 more arise.
