We here at Luigi's Gaming Lounge know just how vital it is to look after your mental health. Myself (Luigi) having an extensive history with mental health as far back as I can remember, I really wanted to touch base as I know from personal experience just how horrendous dealing with poor mental health is. For me video games have always given me a place where I can shut off from the constant worries of everyday life and allow myself to feel relaxed.
