4. Signed, Curiosity: How You'll Get to Know YOU
In this episode, we cover how we can create space within ourselves and our lives to allow who we are, or would most enjoy being, to emerge through gentle curiosity. I highlight how most of our goals and intended milestones are sought to give us a feeling that we can begin accessing right now. I invite us to begin curiously questioning all the aspects of our lives through: intropsection, reflection, and integration activities. I recommend ways to tailor your environment to better support your unfolding.I also share how finally pursuing a long-held interest of playing the harp, not only brought up a ton of stuff to see, but how it’s becoming an integral part of my creation process. Only you can find and chart the path back to your essential self and your most aligned life and in this episode I aim to give you tools to start seeing the clues that lead you to that path. 2. P.s. You Already Know The Way
In this Post Statement episode, Melvyn expounds on the idea that you “already know the way.” I invite you to use your entire life as a dashboard and treat repeating patterns or themes as a sign. I highlight how things like superlatives, childhood interests, and things people regularly repeat to you about you are guideposts to things you might enjoy. In this episode, I also ask a number of questions to help you remember aspects of your early self. Let everything in your experience be an invitation to live a more expansive life. 3. A Note: Before Proceeding...
In this episode, I discuss how I intend to adjust the timeline of episode releases and additionally how the systems we exist with in: capitalism, corporate america, and often unhealed families all conspire to keep us stuck. [Editor’s Note: This episode signaled a pivot in my approach to this podcast and I think we can all learn from this that sometimes what we intend when we set out on a journey isn’t sustainable and the courage we exemplify to pivot can restore us and inspire others.]Thanks for listening!
