Afraid: You are adamantly against taking any emotional risk. You are not only afraid to love, you are also afraid of being loved because of your fear of letting your guard down. In each of your past relationships you purposely hold back or you believe that your partner is purposely holding back. To expand your Love Capacity you will have to learn from your relationship mistakes and trust yourself not to make the same mistakes in the future.

So today we are talking about the Love Capacity Score = 3, which means Confused. The Definition of Confused is: You have been loved but not the way that you wanted to be loved. You have loved others but not the way that they wanted to be loved. Because of your past painful experiences, you hesitate to exhibit love for your partner until they have shown you love first. In this game of “protecting your heart” no one wins. Once you learn that you may get hurt in the process of loving someone, you will gain the clarity that you need to move past your relationship disappointments. Love Capacity Score: 2 = Damaged You still believe in love but you are concerned that love as you believe it to be may not be attainable. You do not trust the opposite sex to match your ability to provide, receive and be accountable for love. You are angry and hurt and you stayed far too long in a very bad relationship. Take some time to heal from your emotional disappointments. Take some time to forgive those who hurt you. Healing is for you. Forgiveness is for them. Without the ability to heal, without the ability to forgive, there is not ability to accomplish true love.
