Ah, yes. THAT Question: What should I do with my life? Chances are you’ve asked this question at least once in your life and had a hard time coming up with an answer. It’s a struggle every adult goes through. In this episode, we talk about the problem with the concept of a “life purpose” in the first place, and we give a more practical approach to finding meaning in our lives. Hint: it has nothing to do with searching for that "one thing", and everything to do with your values and your core reasons for wanting that thing. We also try to answer some really strange but deep questions about that topic, plus our personal struggles in this whole “purpose” journey. Ultimately, we learn that purpose isn’t something we find, but what we choose to matter. With the New Year comes a feeling of new beginnings and looking to the future. It’s a good opportunity to use this time to reflect and appreciate all our milestones and acknowledge the struggles we're still working through. Do you have a friend who does and says things that make you feel bad? The tricky thing with friends is that sometimes our love for them blinds us to their bad behaviors. Maybe we don't realize how bad for us some friends can be, or we even shrug it off and make excuses for them. Sometimes it's hard to tell if these friends just needs a bit of patience and forgiveness, or if they're just straight up toxic.  It’s important to know the common warning signs that someone is not only toxic, but harmful to your mental and emotional health. Most people have strong polarizing opinions about whether you should stay friends with your ex. On one hand, it may seem like the more mature thing to do. Happy 2 years to us! What a ride it has been! As we like to joke, there are 3 people in this relationship (i.e. Dani, Arion, and Athina who is Danielle's cousin). Athina has been with us from the very beginning, so it's only proper that she gets to tell her version of the story. Our first guest episode (and based your feedback, hopefully not the last)!
