We're finally together after almost 3 years of being apart!!! After a looong hiatus from podcasting, we decided: what better time for a new episode than to do one in person? Here, we talk about how we were able to handle the distance, and reflect on the things we learned along the way. Please excuse the poor audio quality, we only realized after recording that the mic wasn't properly plugged. Oh well, better than nothing, but we promise the next episodes will be better!

Ah, yes. THAT Question: What should I do with my life? Chances are you’ve asked this question at least once in your life and had a hard time coming up with an answer. It’s a struggle every adult goes through. In this episode, we talk about the problem with the concept of a “life purpose” in the first place, and we give a more practical approach to finding meaning in our lives. Hint: it has nothing to do with searching for that "one thing", and everything to do with your values and your core reasons for wanting that thing. We also try to answer some really strange but deep questions about that topic, plus our personal struggles in this whole “purpose” journey. With the New Year comes a feeling of new beginnings and looking to the future. It’s a good opportunity to use this time to reflect and appreciate all our milestones and acknowledge the struggles we're still working through. It shows us that there's so much gray in between what we think is black and white. And it shows us that even if progress seems slow, we are still moving forward, at our own pace, in our own time. Do you have a friend who does and says things that make you feel bad? The tricky thing with friends is that sometimes our love for them blinds us to their bad behaviors. Maybe we don't realize how bad for us some friends can be, or we even shrug it off and make excuses for them. Sometimes it's hard to tell if these friends just needs a bit of patience and forgiveness, or if they're just straight up toxic.  It’s important to know the common warning signs that someone is not only toxic, but harmful to your mental and emotional health.
