After seeing our girl Angela Rye post a random meme that said, "Yes love yourself. But also, analyze and be critical of how you think, act, and behave. Self love without self awareness is useless. Be accountable" I was inspired and I had to dive in! I talk about the responsibility that we all have to self check and to be aware and accountable for our own "mess!" How well do you know the parts of yourself that need work? Internal & emotional self examination is a necessary activity on the road to a better you. Remember if you're stinky you smell yourself first! Don't let someone else have to tell you about you lol! Do something about it.
