One of the greatest!
I was a huge listener back when this was active. Just started listening to old episodes over again. I miss this show dearly! Would love more episodes!!

Just two guys living the indie game dev dream.
This is the best game dev podcast on iTunes. Matt and Geoff are excellent hosts with great raport, lots of game dev experience to share, and many stories about their game dev business. What I appreciate most about this podcast is their honesty - they're just as willing to talk about where they've failed as where they've succeeeded. Lostcast comes across as a 100% open look at the business of independent game dev. A must listen for any aspiring developer or anyone who wants an inside look at an independent game dev studio.

Not Just for HTML5 Developers!
I care less than this much -><- about HTML5 game dev, but Lostcast is *still* my single favorite podcast. They discuss game design, game marketing, and tech subjects, and much of the tech talk is generic game dev stuff, not just focused on Javascript. Highly recommended!

HTML5 Gamedevs with great general indie perspective
Even if you’re not an HTML5 dev, this team consistently delivers relevant content to gamedev in general. I look forward to this podcast each week. It’s been a tremendous catalyst for my own gamedev aspirations. I enjoy hearing this team talk and work through what they experience in and around their own careers. Constantly rooting for Lost Decade, and so grateful that you’re so generous and diligent about making time for this podcast.

Love this podcast
This has become one of my favorite "Oh I have to save that and listen to it when I can really enjoy it" podcasts. They are interesting, funny, and very frank about the trials and triumphs of making indie games, and have tips and info for the artist and coder alike. All the thumbs up!

I just realized that I was listening to it all night
From 11:30PM to 8:00AM I was totally invested, then I made breakfast and continued listening.

Great for Game Devs
This has made it on my list of regular listens up against some killer NPR podcasts. If you’re startup game dev this is a valuable listen. HTML doesn’t totally dominate the topics too which is good for non web based game devs.

A proffessionally done, fun look at HTML5 Game Development
Matt and Geoff provide insightful and often entertaining comments on HTML5 development, being an indie developer, and other topics. Worth a listen if you're interested by that short description.

Excellent Show
I am always excited to see you new episode of Lostcast. It's something that I would gladly set aside an hour to listen to. If you're looking for a show with both excellent content and production quality this is the show for you. As a game designer it's nice to listen to people wrestling with some of the same issues I am dealing with. Their thoughts about game design and approaching difficult problems are wonderful to listen in on. I cannot recommend this show enough.

Excellent Podcast
I was kind of amazed that there was a podcast specifically about HTML5 game development and since it was such a niche thing I didn't expect it to be a very professionally produced podcast. Luckily I was proven wrong, this is an excellent podcast (in both content and audio quality) and I would highly recommend it to anyone with any interest in HTML5 game development. The hosts are both entertaining, they consistently pick very interesting guests, and the length seems about right.

HTML5 Game Development has a voice and it's Lostcast
I believe that HTML5 game development is still finding it's way as a technology and Matt and Geoff are giving this journey a voice. They provide informative news and detail there own experiences as indie game developers. Where others might hold back information for the sake of a competitive edge, they openly and honestly tell it like it is for the benefit of the community. Never boring and often funny, this is a podcast I never miss. Thank you for the hard work!

They Don't Speak Peaman!
An old putdown in Japanese translates to "You speak peaman". 'Peaman' means green pepper and as you know, green peppers are hollow. So if a Japanese ever told you that you speak peaman, you are being told that what you are saying is empty. Well the hosts of Lostcast , a very new tech/HTML5/game dev podcast are the complete opposite of that old Japanese putdown. These guys just keep the useful information flowing. I just found Lostcast a few days ago (I can't remember how) and out of the seven episodes so far, and because I'm interested in CoffeeScript, I chose to listen to 'Episode 4: Native Coffee' . I was very surprised at the sound quality of the show. And not only was the sound quality excellent, the show was just packed with new and useful development-related information. After listening to that excellent 4th episode I thought that their 1st episode would probably not be as good because they'd still be just getting used to podcasting. Boy was I wrong. I have seldom heard such a great first episode of a podcast. The hosts introduced themselves expertly and in detail, keeping my interest, while also teaching me a whole lot of stuff about HTML5 game development, and how they got Onslaught!, their HTML5 game, running on iOS. (that answered the question I had after finding Onslaught in the App Store .) The pacing of Lostcast never lets up, and the hosts play off of and compliment each other like seasoned professionals. They are very knowledgeable and also entertaining without being full of themselves (like the hosts of so many tech podcasts, especially gaming podcasts). The hosts just want to tell you what they are up to, what they've learned, and are really sincere in passing on their knowledge and experiences to their intended audience. Never have I listened to a better tech/game dev podcast. Excuse me while I go download all their other episodes so I can catch up.
