Follow up and check in - when done correctly it holds the potential client to their highest and shows you care deeply. Use personalisation like voice messages, using their name, really listening to what they are saying, asking for permission before offering coaching and being yourself. This will make you stand out from all of the appointment setters and chatbots out there who don’t know how to read the room.
