In this episode of Rising Coaches With Sofia Bernardi, How My Client Went From Inconsistent 2K Months To 10K Months. Today I’m going to share how my client went from inconsistent 2K months to consistent 10K months so that you know what is possible when creating and aligned marketing strategy that you go all in on. Let's call my client Emily. Mindset: I supported her to trust herself and trust the process. We did this by setting a really big goal, and getting ultra clear on the why and the how. If you don’t have clarity, it’s hard to trust. If you don’t know specifically who is the version of you that has you want, it’s difficult to go after it, and if you don’t let go of the stories holding you back, it’s near impossible to truly move forward. Strategy: We chose 3 attraction strategies she could commit to. She chose educational Instagram reels, creating free lead magnets and lives and leveraging Facebook communities. I taught her how to master those strategies to be consistent and have fun. From there we decided on where she wanted the audience she attracted to go out of the options I provided. She chose her Facebook community. And then in terms of converting that audience, I gave her a few options to select and she chose sales calls and events. Events: I taught her my process using the online event formula and set up an 8-week launch to a free 3-day challenge. She ran these simple strategies throughout the entire launch to attract her audience and she attracted 75 registrants. From there she delivered her event and by the end of the launch she had signed 5 clients at 3,500 AUD which is 17.5K. All in just 8 weeks for her first event. She now is making on average about 12K per month and I’ve only been working with her for about 3 months. I could have shared hundreds of different client examples of how they’ve made 10k in a day, 20k weeks and 30k months or 10k in the first 7 days of working with me, clients who make 15k a month, are fully booked etc but I wanted to share a realistic result from a client who was starting at the basics and grew from there to show you what’s possible when you have a strong CEO mindset, and aligned strategy and you run online events to scale. In this Quick Wins segment of Rising Coaches With Sofia Bernardi, I share How I’ve Closed 70% Of Sales Calls This Month Last month the business brought in over $128,000 in NEW sales. And out of the sales calls I did have, I closed 70% of them… With an industry average being around 20%, this is something I am pretty proud of. In this week's podcast episode of Rising Coaches With Sofia Bernardi, I break down 6 systems and processes I have in place to ensure our closing rate remains high. Here are 5 of them for you now: I have email automations in place to nurture the potential client as much as possible before the call. I send a series of emails out so they can get to know me and how I support my clients, as quickly as possible before the call. I have lots of reminders both via email, a calendar invite and direct message reminders 24hrs + 60 minutes before the call to help increase the showup rate. After the call, I send out a personalised email with clear next steps and a follow-up DM to make sure they received the email. Being genuinely detached through trusting my process, genuinely believing I have one of the best offers out there, and knowing I have a lot of financial safety behind me. Having these mindset pieces in place means I’m genuinely unattached to the outcome. And FYI when I say unattached, I don't mean low care factor, just low attachment (there's a big difference!)  Having a no-brainer offer that's near impossible to say no to. I have invested A LOT of time, effort, energy and resources into making my offers one of the best out there for coaches growing their coaching business. However, when done correctly (with permission + intention), it can have profound results on the growth of your business. Not only that, but it makes sales easier, faster and therefore more enjoyable. Here are 3 Tips To Sign Dream Coaching Clients In DM’s: Give more value than anyone else. Having a bank of resources to offer in conversations based on where they are at is key. when done correctly it showcases your expertise, builds trust and does 90% of the hard work for you Follow up and check in - when done correctly it holds the potential client to their highest and shows you care deeply. Use personalisation like voice messages, using their name, really listening to what they are saying, asking for permission before offering coaching and being yourself. This will make you stand out from all of the appointment setters and chatbots out there who don’t know how to read the room.
