Women are looked down upon. Our cries are not being heard. We need to spread our struggles and let people understand our pain

Mental health is very severe thing. This poem is to spread awareness on the struggles people are going through silently

As black people we face hardships everyday. Those that oppress us do not know what we go through...maybe this will help then know :)
