In this podcast I discuss Perimenopause and how its looked at as something that needs to be managed, instead of it being explained to be a normal event of our period career. It's another point in time for us to be put on hormones - which isn't a necessity as you can deal with the peri in a natural way; I've helped lots of women do so!
