A continuation of last episode's importance of Self Trust, I discuss some of the methods I've learned on how to better understand myself and utilize my skills and resources to achieve my life's potential.

This episode focuses exclusively on an idea I've recently been confronted with: the concept of Self Trust. I've been going through a time of negativity and stress, as many of us currently face, and the idea of trusting myself has helped me to tackle my issues head-on. During this LDPF episode, I go over how this concept has helped to change my mindset and re-focus my issues into something much more manageable. I make reference to Jim Valvano's historic 1993 ESPYs speech quite a bit. Valvano challenges us to focus on three things: where we've been, where we're at, and where we want to be. He suggests there are three things we should all do everyday to live a fulfilling life: we should laugh, we should think, and we should have our emotions move us to tears.
