Massively Valuable Content
This is the single most helpful podcast I've found while recovering from Long COVID. Dr. Zeest Khan does an incredible job of communicating complex info whilst recognizing that some of this show's audience may be experiencing cognitive injury. If you or someone you care for is experiencing LC, this is a must listen.

Thank you Dr Khan
As a person living with Long Covid since 2021, there are usually more questions than answers. Dr Khan’s podcast is full of factual data that is truly helpful. I come from a science background and there is a lot of misinformation out there. Thank you Dr Khan for pulling all the information together. If you have LC or know someone who does, this podcast is definitely worth your time.

Re #44 Added Advice
Just a note re medical professionals whom do not document your visit or exchange properly… if your Dr has a portal it makes it easier as you can write your clarification over it. Depending on if the mistake made is detrimental or accidental, always ask for an amendment to be made to that specific note. If it was an accident, they will have no problem correcting it. If it is something you strongly disagree with & they got wrong in a manner that could affect your healthcare &/or reputation, demand an amendment via a calm respectful letter with reasons that solidly support your disagreement. Lastly, if all else fails depending on the severity, you may sue them for correction & report them to the their licensing board & Joint Commission or whomever their accreditation agency may be. Not all require this strong response. Some do.

Smart, encouraging, helpful
Dr Kahn brings new, useful and interesting information on dealing with long covid. She understands what it’s like to live with this. So she’s realistic about what dose and doesn’t help, and what some of the struggles are that people without the disease just don’t understand. I’m really glad I found this podcast.

Very Impressed, Offers Practical Advice
To generalize, navigating long COVID is a huge challenge. It is also especially difficult to find reliable, useful, practical resources online. This podcast offers patient stories, interviews with medical professionals, and offers some of the most important advice that patients need to hear— for instance, how to make the most out of health appointments in the context of our healthcare system, and navigating mis/disinformation online. This podcast would be one of my top recommendations to someone trying to understand long COVID as a disease, what it’s like to experience it, and how to get through it without losing your way.

Thank you for doing this
So happy to have randomly found this podcast, prior to this I felt like I was the only medical provider I knew with Long Covid. This podcast is my go to for listening when I am having a flare up and need a comfortable-sounding yet knowledgeable voice going through it with me.

Really helpful
Thank you Dr. Khan for using some of your precious and limited energy on this podcast. It’s really helpful to hear a doctor’s perspective in the midst of so much denial and ignorance and just confusing information.

Highly Recommended
A refreshing and galvanizing multi-topic approach to Long Covid for those new to chronic illness. Dr. Zeest’s podcast touches on how to arrange your life to accommodate LC and communicate with healthcare workers; how to follow government-sponsored trials and funding programs; and how to approach advocacy while preserving your equanimity. The accent is on recovery.
