fear, the opposite of love
fear is really the opposite of love. we all must experience fear and sometimes we decide to fight it or run away from it. that creates more distance from our truth. I believe love is our truth. the more we resist fear, the more we resist love.

compassion is key
when it comes to loving ourselves and others, we can forget that we are humans and have these minds that work out of memory and routine. I think we can beat ourselves up about it sometimes and it&apos;s not cool. if we can see ourselves through the conditions our mind has been so used to operating out of, it will be a lot easier to love ourselves and others unconditionally&lt;3

let's talk about love
love can be very misunderstood. sometimes we think it&apos;s a relationship or something we have to give to receive. while, yes of course we must give to receive. but the riddle here is that we must give it to OURSELVES first in order to receive it. sometimes we think we are giving love when really we are just forcing our beliefs onto people. today, I talk about the difference between FORCING love and actually BEING love.

it's the climb

forgiving ourselves
sometimes we blame ourselves because we feel like we do the wrong things and then we feel shame. this negative view on ourselves is not allowing us to grow. having a deeper understanding of ourselves will help us forgive ourselves so that we can learn the lessons we need to instead of keeping ourselves in a state of delusion. much love&lt;3
