Got into this Pod shortly after the 2020 bubble and haven’t missed an episode since. Jackson is a relatable host that always keeps it light and fun and he’s a very well spoken guy. This man OWNS the Locked On podcast network 😤

Although it may be a sad time to be rockets fan, you can count on Jackson to give you the best insight, analysis, and all around coverage of the houston rockets. Great podcast I’m a long time listener, keep up the amazing work.

I usually can’t stand any Houston Rockets podcasts or shows or fans. But Jackson is the best. He’s passionate and optimistic but is also realistic and measured.

JT has a nice voice, I can listen to him all day. Moreover, he has good knowledge of basketball and analyze game with evidence. The pod often has other Rockets insiders to join with special content like tradeWednesday. Each episode is at least 30 minutes. Each week has at least three episodes. I often listen to it while doing some fitness training. Especially during this pandemic, I really need this pod. Keep it up, JT!

This is a must listen for Rockets fans! Jackson does a great job of being objective and not just being a “homer” when talking about the team. The most refreshing aspect of the podcast is the willingness to point out the problems and point out potential solutions. Jackson is also great at the game-by-game recaps in case you ever miss a game and want to catch up on the biggest headlines from the game. Overall a great podcast and my daily listen!

Jackson does a great job covering all things Rockets and bringing on guests from all over the Rockets and NBA landscape.

Any die hard Rockets fan HAS to listen to this podcast. The game recaps and daily news shows will keep you up to speed with exactly what is going on with the team and will get you hyped for the games. The show has great and relevant guests and Jackson has even done some nice theme episodes (like the Gerald Green loop episode and the stages of grief episode. If you’re a Rockets fan you shouldn't even need a review to tell you to listen to this show, but if you are here for some reason then absolutley listen.

Hey Jackson, its Ram, I appreciate you highlighting my voice message on the podcast! I just wanted to provide the rationale behind my trade scenarios. For the clippers I understand that a star player requires a large haul; however I read multiple reports of poor locker room chemistry by prominent players with paul george, and I was also taking into account his track record of falling short in big moments. I believe he isn’t optimized unless playing with a star playmaker, as he’s forced to create his own shot more and he also doesn’t excel in creating for others. I think he’s a perfect tertiary star like a Chris Bosh or Kevin Love. To address your run it back point; I’m not sure this will be the case as evidenced by the firing of Doc Rivers. I believe that Ballmer is furious with having traded and put so much assets and cash into building up this team just for a 2nd round exit. I think Eric gordon gives the clippers a consistent slasher and shooter at the guard position; something they don’t really have with pat bev and reggie jackson. Lou williams is a bucket, but he proved to be a massive defensive liability. Do you think it would move the needle if they threw in PJ Tucker as opposed to RoCo? For the Bucks trade its a bit more iffy, but I believe that Giannis is optimized as a small ball center, given his lack of shooting ability. I believe Eric Gordon is as perfect a fit next to a large wing player like Giannis as you can get. He would also fit well next to Lebron, but I’m not interested in Kuzma if I’m the rockets. Giannis has been exposed the last few years in the playoffs, but I think he would be impossible to guard at center due to his superior speed and lateral quickness.

Matt Bullard being allowed to publicly say such a gigantic lie like “the president injected this society with racism” destroyed this podcast credibility outside those in the echo chamber that will never find anything wrong with such a statement. What an ignorant and dishonest thing to allow on this sports podcast.

this trade takes place under the assumption that eric gordon is traded for anyone other than a center Houston Receives: Mo Bamba + Al Forouk Amino (idk how to spell that lol) Magic Receive: Danuel House + Austin Rivers (sign and trade) + cris clemons and potentially a second or two Rationale: houston gets a young player that can rim roll and defend the rim (dollar store clint capela) that will play primarily with harden but may be able to play with russ depending on how his shot progresses. it will also allow them to play small ball with pj and jeff green during some of russ’ minutes and the playoffs. they also get rid of Danuel house a win in and of itself orlando gets a great role player in danuel house to come off the bench as their 6th man and brings Austin house home to start or be a back up depending on how many of their guards re-sign, and they get the goat, cris clemons players involved: mo bamba gets to play next to james harden and catch lobs all game and is basically uncontested for center minutes, al farouk gets to round out the rotation in houston while getting some of the widest open threes of his career, danuel house gets booted from houston to possibly the bleakest basketball situation in orlando... oh sweet revenge, Austin river’s gets to go home to orlando and will get a more certain spot in the rotation in orlando, and cris clemons will be cris clemons

First off, there are SO MANY ADS. If you and your friends want to listen to ads, this is the pod for you. Also, as I saw in another comment, and I agree with, this is not a daily pod. You don’t have to be, but stop saying you are. Otherwise, great knowledge, good to listen to if you can’t watch every game.

I think it would be cool if you got a co host

perhaps....perhaps conditioning has been / will be the determining factor in winning / losing s the bubble continues. theory: no team...even at the finals... will be at the conditioning level if this had been a traditional season... if so... then the 'best conditioned' team entering the bubble will win the games... and the lesser conditioned teams will fall in the 3rd & 4th quarter... i.e. clippers / nuggets; celtics / magic... and,,, as the better contioned team will be / has been constantly improving... the 'more-out-shape' teams cannot catch up.... just a thought w b briggs

Jackson puts on the best show of any locked on pod in both quality and content and better than the majority of other basketball pods out there. Informative and entertaining and always has the best intro songs of any podcast.

Die hard rockets fan. Gotta have this podcast. So good! Also I agree that steph currys mouthpiece chewing is so annoying
