The Harvest Full Moon is going to fall in the sign of pisces on the same day as Friday the 13th! What a great way to kick off the early start of fall... Today we go over where the fear over Friday the 13th began, and what energies the Pisces full moon is handing over this month.

Today we talk a liiiiiittle about what happens when we bring booze & weed into our practice, both on & off the mat. I tell you a little about my experience with alcohol and weed in my yoga practice, and a bit about why this has been so on my mind the past few weeks.
