Jacob Ohlson started his first business, a successful IT services company at the age of 17.  With his passion for technology, health & fitness, Jacob founded Cryo after personally experiencing the health benefits of cryotherapy. Scott Forrest is a digital marketing strategist with over 20 years of marketing and communications management experience.  He was drawn to cryotherapy because of his health issues (which we will discuss in the interview). I have a lengthy chat with Jacob & Scott about the clinic; what cryotherapy is all about; the benefits of doing it and what to expect at your first session.
