Applying Yoga to All Aspects of Your Life
I loved Living The Sutras, so it was natural that I followed the authors to their podcast! Amy & Kelly ask the most insightful questions and I have appreciated every episode. You cannot help but reflect on your own life while listening to their show - it is inviting, engaging and most importantly to me, accessible & relatable.

Conversational, Accessible, & Informative
You don’t need years of experience with yoga or a 200-hour teaching certificate to enjoy or understand this podcast. Each episode takes an in-depth look at a topic (meditation, happiness, etc.) from the lens of an expert in that field and weaves in yogic wisdom. Amy & Kelly do a great job making the sutras accessible to newcomers and ask insightful questions of their guests. Give this great podcast a listen!

Like talking with friends
I learned from and enjoyed listening to season one of Living It. I haven’t read Living the Sutras, and I have limited knowledge of the sutras, but the messages in every episode still resonated with me. Listening to Kelly, Amy, and their guest felt like listening to a conversation between friends.

Instant connection
This episode with Bibi McGill was my favorite so far! I felt instant connection with her, and throughout the podcast learned why: Truth and authenticity. So much of this series had been on dharma and hearing teachers tell the story of how they found their path. It was especially encouraging to hear from a fellow intuitive, creative, artist, yoga teacher, and dare I say storyteller? Once again, Kelly and Amy have proven to be terrific facilitators! This podcast is full of so many gems I’ve had to pause and go back to take in the messages fully. I can’t wait to dive deeper into my practice with this podcast!

Excellent information on the power of yoga
I found your podcast randomly while perusing social media, and have to say the episode with Rosie Acosta has been super insightful into the wellness and yoga realm. I have since been hooked to the other episodes in the podcast and have gathered so much insightful information into living a more fulfilled life with a focus on wellness.

Can’t wait to hear more!
Great first episode of Living It! Excited for their awesome line up of interviews. I don’t know much about tantric yoga so especially interesting. Happy to be a part of the Past Tense crew.

Clueless to sutra
I am super excited about this podcast! I KNOW NOTHING about yoga talk yet this first episode made sense to me:-) I love that he said yoga is mind (ER something like that) I know that when I practice movement and breathing I am more aware of the moment I am in....is that a sutra?? IDK but I will learn :-)

Purpose and connection
In a modern world where connection is not a given anymore, Rod Stryker brings us back to what’s important—discovering and unveiling one’s purpose, and being in communion with the spirit, reminding us that the most important relationship we can have is with one’s self. Insightful questions and definitely a podcast that scratches beneath the surface view. Can’t wait for more!

Great Interview!
I’m quite unfamiliar with Tantra so there was a lot to take in. I particularly enjoyed contemplating power + pleasure and how both of them can be strong, positive forces for creativity + moving forward in fulfillment of our life’s purpose. Thank you Kelly + Amy for your new podcast. I’ll be listening + learning!

Deep Questions & Conversation
Amy Pearce-Hayden and Rod Stryker are two of the most incredible teachers with whom I have been honored to practice. The conversation is deep and the questions relevant to living a life in Yoga. This is an excellent podcast for teachers who are seeking understanding of the Sutras and their application in modern life. Rod also takes the time to discuss Tantra and the guides he uses in his life practice.

Living with Purpose with Yogarupa Rod Stryker
This was an utterly fabulous conversation. Yogarupa never disappoints in offering his wisdom in talks like these but the questions that were asked of him had depth and integrity. Thank you so much to all of you for creating these moments. So enjoyable and definitely cultivated presence, intelligence and curiosity.

Stryker and Dharma
I really enjoyed the first episode. The hosts had great questions and Rod Stryker really made me think more deeply about my dharma and how to discover it. If this is any indication of how the season will be I don't think anyone will be disapointed. I thought they did a great job of connecting ideas within yogic philosophy and everyday life. Thanks for making the sutras relatable!
