🎶She drove up to Cincinnati, it took her 17 hours in a van...🎶 In this episode I talk about Andy's and my summer roadtip with the pets, then our 2nd trip up to Andy's cabin in Wisconsin later in the summer. I devote the second half of the episode to my all-time favorite musician, Jimmy Buffett, and how his music has influenced my life and inspired me to live in my postcard! **Correction: At one point I say we took Lancelot and Calypso to the cabin on our 2nd trip of the summer when we flew up; I meant to say Lancelot and Jello. 😻

Andy and I and 4 of our friends went to Nashville in early May for another Taylor Swift show...which ended up being a rain show! It was a wild weekend with lots of news drops from/about Taylor and a 4-hour shelter-in-place at the stadium! Then later in May, Andy and I drove our new van to Gulf Shores, Alabama for the Hangout Music Fest, which Andy dubbed LoveFest! Andy and I have taken a few trips lately! In March we visited my Denver roommate Holly on her new farm outside Boulder! Then in April we went to NYC and the most fun club, House of Yes, followed by the Taylor Swift Eras Tour in Tampa. Hear about how we got tickets in the midst of the Ticketmaster debacle and what the show was like!

It has been 12 weeks since Hurricane Ian, and while mainland Ft Myers has mostly gone back to some semblance of normalcy, the beach and islands have not. I give updates on all of it, including my trips to the island and what it's like there. Then I talk about what Andy and I have been up to since Ian, including our 1-year anniversary, a trip we took, some of my favorite holiday traditions, and a trip we have coming up! *I apologize for the recording hiccups in this one, there are a few more pauses than usual where I had to start a new segment! **The cover photo is the picture I talk about in this episode of Nervous Nellies, where we had our rehearsal dinner, showing the difference from November 11 to December 7.
