Today's episode is not typical...It is simply me being real with all of you and sharing what has come up for me these past few weeks. If your heart is calling you to quiet down, to stop, to listen, I'm with you. If you are confused about how to let go of doing and simply BE, I'm with you. We are all with you. So, just for a moment, listen as I read to you the beautiful and inspiring poetry of Din Kriegsman and Lois Beebe Hayna...and just be.

“Courage is not fearlessness. Courage does not mean that you do not experience fear. It is the acknowledgement of fear and choosing to move through it anyway. Continuous courage leads to an understanding of who you are and then to fearlessness. You cannot be afraid once you know who you are.” -Osho
