Users hate them, so for Google, whose ultimate goal is to serve up exactly what its users are searching for, they are a big red flag. As such, they can negatively impact your rankings (to say nothing of user experience).Optimize for mobileRoughly half of all Google searches come from mobile devices, and the percentage has been steadily going up for the past couple of years. Consequently, Google introduced mobile-first ranking.Improve loading speedsResearch has shown that users expect any website to load within 3 seconds or less. When is it Time to Turn Your Side hustle into a Full-Time Business?
1. Sustainable business. I asked myself: is this side hustle capable of becoming a sustainable business? Have I built more than a back-of-the-envelope model to show how the business could thrive and grow?2. External validation. I felt confident that my side hustle was sustainable, but what about not me? I made sure to find at least 10 people with knowledge of the sector and asked for their feedback.3. Personal finance. This is a big one. Even if your side hustle is the next Facebook (spoiler alert: it's almost definitely not), you still need to be able to survive while you're building it.4. Interestlevel. In theory, if you have a side hustle, it's because it's something you love. But enjoying something right now is very different than being dedicated to it for the next however many years.5. Life. Yep, life. As it turns out, money and interest-level aren't the only two things dictating your enjoyment of—and ability to succeed at—starting a business. The short of it: you need to be flexible. If your side hustle is more about passion for what you're selling or offering and less about the passion for starting a business, you need to think hard about that.People who should listen to this show are career coaches, entrepreneur

With reliance on digital selling so does the need for sales software solutions that help sales reps humanize the digital experience and close more deals.2. We have rethought the way we work.Another interesting takeaway from Covid-19 has been the way we have redefined what it means to "work."Since March, we have spent a lot of time thinking about how our company is set up, how we run our offices, what kind of flexibility we've offered in the past, and in what ways we can change for the better. For example, we have never been a work-from-home type of company, but Covid-19 has really proven that, in many ways, we can be. Even though I prefer working in the office, and many other people still find value in working together in person, we have become more open to these new ways of working. We have increased the cadence of communication with the team.Lastly, the importance of effective communication has never been more prevalent. People who should listen to the show are entrepreneurs and online marketers
