John, I work remotely and my job that is very cerebral and “on”. During the day, I listen to your podcasts throughout the day. It keeps me soul connected. You keep my vibe charged with your humor, humility & raw zest for life (and what you overcome). I wear my John O’Leary I Love You and there is nothing you can do about it Tshirt weekly and get stopped by people—I remember that is what your dad told you right after the accident and it grounds me. Simply wearing my tshirt makes my day. I read both books On Fire and Awe, & heard you on Ed Mylett and more. I love being a part of it and am spreading the word to my womens worship group. I shared some cards from my “deck of your cards” and handed them out. Amazing podcast your energy, honesty & engagement is unlike others. One day when I meet you, I am giving you the biggest hug. I loved your standing ovation for Beth and the don’t miss it snippets too. I truly believe our Tribe we hang with keeps our Vibe and you are a great part of that. Wow, what timing for this to come into my life right now. Saw John give a talk at my work yesterday and it moved me to look into his podcast. Listened to a couple today and it is just what the doctor ordered. If you are in a rough season of life right now, check this out…it will help you immediately. What a blessing.

I read John’s book On Fire about six months before a life altering experience. Little did I know what a gift his inspirational podcasts would become! They were the light for me during a time of uncertainty and brokenness and I will forever be grateful for this. Five years later, I find myself in a renewed life and still listen for the awesome reminders that we can’t take life for granted, we need to live inspired and “on fire” every day. I have gone to a conference, having you as our Guest Speaker that has changed my attitude of how I take care of my patients(being you as one of those who had a life changing experiences while in the hospital). It has been a true calling for me to be a healthcare provider but it gives me more compassion to make a difference to a patient’s perspective; the family who is worrying for their uncertainties; my co-workers whose main task is to take the same goal(take excellent care of our patients). I saw John in person at a conference at The Ohio Fire Academy a few years ago. He was very inspirational and genuine. I listen to a lot of podcasts, so I am always on the look out for positive inspirational podcasts. I came across the Live Inspired podcast and I subscribed immediately even before my first listen! I learn something new in every episode! I love the blend of personal life stories and practical tools to help with shifting your mindset. I started listening almost a year ago and love that the practical tools are doable small things that make a huge difference!
