🔸 "The one part that doesn't belong": a part resembling dad, enraged by children not listening or fighting.

• 5 year old, crying with sister that the toys would all be thrown away

🎓 What I'd like to do differently:
A lot on my mind about this one. I was extra slow in the beginning, just was trying to open up to new possibilities.

I think there may be some truth to this being the "one part..." It's the one that the system hasn't accepted. And I think I failed in this call, and repeatedly in the past, in helping Jo 1. target this part and 2. follow up with it. I'll follow up. This call was recored in at the end of 2022. I hired a new IFS coach, and put this issue at the top of the list to address with him.
