
27. Creating Win-Win Relationships with atlas amari
At the end of Episode 26, I asked you to consider a quote (actually one of my favorite quotes) by French author, Antoine de Exupery, about creating win-win relationships by developing meaningful emotional connections with others. Here’s that quote: “If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people together to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.”

At the end of Episode 24, I asked you to consider a quote about the idea that most things in life are temporary. Here is that quote from Robyn Schneider. In her book, Extraordinary Means, he writes: “Being temporary doesn't make something matter any less, because the point isn't for how long, the point is that it happened.”

18. Failures or Lessons with atlas amari
Happy New Year! As we step into 2022, I think it’s a perfect time to reflect on 2021. To consider what we’re thankful for, what went well, and what we can learn from. Todays’ Episode, Failures or Lessons? We’ll focus on learning from our failures. I’d like to begin by considering the following quote from Mandy Hale, author of The Single Woman: Life, Love, and a Dash of Sass.
Here is that quote: “Sometimes it takes a wrong turn to get you to the right place.”
While, I am a firm believer that there are not truly any “wrong turns,” I do believe that failure can provide valuable and unexpected lessons.
