Today I talk about how people's expectations of us are not always the best and how to navigate them and grow in spite of them.

If you couldn't tell by the title, today I am going to talk about the ins and outs of heartbreak. This is for anyone who has dealt with it or maybe hasn't and would like to hear some advice on it.

This is my first episode and I kind of am all over the place for my topic. I talk about the new year, why I decided to do this and my poetry. I also explain what I will be talking about in future episodes.
