Today our discuss would be on the topic of being rooted and grounded in Christ. Society has painted a false narrative that it’s cool to love God on the sideline or to rooted in the following, sex, money, friendships, statues, titles, price possessions, security, success, power, influence, etc. In other to be uprooted from the love of earthly possessions over God we must ask ourselves these questions What does our heart long for? Does it treasure the things of this world? Am I rooted and grounded? if so what I am rooted in.                                               We would read some of the following verse of scriptures: Mathew 

-21, Jeremiah 17:7-8, psalm 11:3, Colossians 2:6-7, Jude 1:20, Daniel 4:29-32, John 15:4-5, psalm 20:7.

This was birth out of a place of revival because people place a lot of value on materialistic things as well as what society deems as the norm. Deviant to the current social norms my aim through the help of the Holy Spirit is to share my stories, my strength and weaknesses and my understanding of the word of God. The anchor scripture is 1 Timothy 4:12 “ let no one despise or think less of you because of your youth, but be an example for believers in speech, conduct, in love in faith and in purity”
