Joy Hollingsworth grew up in the Central District and south end of Seattle. She was a basketball phenom in the state of Washington, and went on to play 2 years at USF, followed by 2 years at University of Arizona and then overseas in Greece. I was blessed to have her as a coach in high school, and her positive outlook and accepting nature make Joy a literal joy to be around. After years of devoting herself to coaching and mentoring youth, she and her family started The Hollingsworth Company. Listen as we talk about Joy's incredible life and upbringing, being a black woman in the cannabis industry, and her hopes for our country moving forward.
