For this episode, I had the pleasure of being able to sit down and chat with my friend, Sabrina! She is currently pursuing her PHD in education and aims to master the English language. She came all the way from Beijing to study, and throughout her time here, I have gotten to know her more and more! Sabrina and I thoroughly enjoyed discussing deep topics and hearing each others' perspectives on education, culture, communication and much more! Hope you all enjoy!

I had the wonderful opportunity to interview my dear friend Sarah! Sarah and I have known each other for a while, and I am so excited for her to share her story, perspective, and thoughts about the topic of comparison! Getting a little deeper in this episode, speaking on comparison. The concept of Comparison is such a lie. I only SCRATCHED THE SURFACE, but I hope this points you to something greater! Design: IG: @grace.design.co

This episode is a little different than the others. A poem dedicated to my friend in “A” and the team in Southeast Asia. They have been hit pretty hard by the virus and are needing a lot of medical supplies for COVID 19 relief! If you listen, I hope this is encouraging! Hello everyone! It has certainly been a LONG time. I miss doing these podcast episodes and I miss being able to share with everyone. I am glad to be back!
I had the honor and opportunity to interview one of my good friends, Monica Pasala. Monica is a 2nd year medical student at UAB. I had the pleasure of knowing her throughout our undergraduate years at South Alabama! We were both involved an organization called Friends of Internationals and share a love of learning about different cultures. For this episode, she will be sharing about her story and how her background and experiences shaped her into the woman she is today!
I hope everyone enjoys this unscripted interview with my dear friend, Monica.

Today I wrote my own version of a Screw Tape letter. Letting out my creativity with this. I recommend reading the Screw Tape Letters by C.S. Lewis. In summary, it’s about a conversation between two demons. It is a collection of letters by the author, “Screwtape,” writing to his nephew, “Wormwood.” The book is filled with thought provoking topics and makes you realize how crafty the enemy is. Remember, this is the perspective of a demon, not of me.
