Former Sharks Academy and Maties rugby player Alwyn Uys’s had dreams of playing fro the Springboks but that dream was shattered in 2014 when he was in a car accident that left him paralysed from the waist down. Naturally Alwyn went through a very tough time and fell in and out of depression, but this man’s mind is way to strong and he turned this around and today he is one of SA’s best para athletes and motivational speaker, he is currently training for the full Iron Man.

I had a great chat to John Sanei (Sah-nay), John is a best selling author, speaker and trend specialist who combines psychology and strategy to help his global audience find clarity and upgrade their consciousness. In 2018, he was recognized as GQ Magazine's Most Influential and Connected Man, and was the only African contributor to future Shock at 50, a collection of essays by the worlds top futurists.

Mike Sewell had been in corporate for 16 years when he decided to break free and make a move towards following his passion. The motivation was to live a more interesting life, pursuing interests that really interested him rather than those driven by financial reward or societal acceptance. The first move was Project Patagonia; an independent and self-organised running expedition through South America.
