A great podcast for anyone who is gong to die one day
Death has become perhaps the last taboo subject in our culture. Yes, we are obsessed with true crime stories and murder documentaries. But somehow, the topic of our own death, the death of friends and relatives, the eventual, unavoidable death of literally everyone, is still not a topic to be talked about at family dinner. But it is an important topic to discuss. Whether it's planning for our own deaths, dealing with the grief of losing a loved one, managing the practical aspects of a relative’s death. It's the one common thing that binds us all, and the one thing we dont want to talk about.
Life Until Death helps to open up the dialogue a little with frank discussions on the facets and tangents related to death that are often as important as they are under examined. Rachel and Nicole bring their knowledge and insight on the subject, both personally and professionally, to engage in friendly, open conversations that hold no punches on the topic, while also being neither over technical nor wallowing in the macabre. It’s a great podcast for anyone who shares an interest in the subject, or has questions they don’t feel comfortable bringing up, or who just like to listen in on thoughtful people discussing important things.
