Have you ever heard the phrase, "You're too sensitive," from someone when you expressed your feelings. Let's talk about it. I consider myself sensitive and I don't believe that's a negative quality. I actually consider it a strength.
QUOTE: "I used to dislike being sensitive. I thought it made me weak. But take away that single trait and you take away the very essence of who I am. You take away my conscience, my ability to empathize, my intuition, my creativity, my deep appreciation for the little things, my vivid inner life, my deep awareness of others' pain, and my passion for it all." - Caitlin Japa

If the flower does not grow, do you blame the flower or the environment? A deliberation on understanding when it’s time to close one chapter and begin a new one.
Quote: “Life is like a book, where most people write one book and then spend the rest of their lives rereading the same chapter over and over. When you feel things come up, it’s time to write a whole new chapter. What makes a great book is when you turn to the next chapter and you didn’t see it coming.” - Adam Cheyer

Loneliness VS Solitude - One is painful, the other is peaceful. Here's my journey within both places.
“Knowing how to be solitary is central to the art of loving. When we can be alone, we can be with others without using them as a means of escape.” Bell Hooks

The Podcast has a NAME! Find out the origin story of Life: TBD. I dig into the ways fear held me back and how I moved past it. Special shout out to our inspirations for the episode: Eleanor Roosevelt and Mother Teresa.
“You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You are able to say to yourself, 'I have lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along.' You must do the thing you think you cannot do.” - Eleanor Roosevelt

Let's talk about Acceptance - which I'm pretty sure is the key to life.
"Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is rather than how it should be."
