It’s so nice to hear my fears and anxieties about going into the workforce as an SLP spoken aloud by other girls who are in such a different location than myself! I really feel more confident and capable every time I listen to this podcast. It makes me feel like maybe I’m not doing everything wrong and like I might actually have a shot at reaching my dreams. Don’t get me wrong; I love talking to my supervisors and mentors about this field and all the experiences I’ve had. But when I hear other girls my age share their experiences, it is a completely different type of relatability. Our field is changing so much and so very quickly, and the conversation is changing with it! Not only do these girls have an excellent skill set in speech-language treatment, they also have excellent podcast-making abilities! Thanks to them, I’ve sought out some fantastic resources that have helped me in both my placements and in my CF! Listen to them!

Currently at a pediatric private practice for my internship and I’ll be graduating in May! Exciting, yet so scary! I LOVED listening to the episodes and I feel like they’re so helpful. Would love to hear more tips/tricks for CFYs. Any information is extremely helpful and it is nice to have your feelings confirmed of feeling like you have no idea what you’re doing at times😂 Thanks so much for taking the time to share your thoughts!

I loved your chat about the CF. I am currently in my CF and have had the imposture syndrome. Don’t get me wrong, I have moments where I feel like I know what I am doing 100% but many more where I am scratching my head! Thanks for the reassurance that I am not alone! Please keep the podcast coming!
