On this episode, the boys had on special guest Aaron Bienenfeld! Aaron is one of Germany’s best distance runners and is currently training with Jon Green’s group in Flagstaff as he prepares for his first marathon.
Aaron just came off a result he was a bit disappointed with at “The TEN” in California. We talked through that result a bit and also dug into some of his training as he gears up for his debut marathon in Hamburg this Spring.
We chatted a good bit about coming to the US from Germany for college too. Aaron started at Cincinnati before eventually transferring to Oregon. It was fun to hear about the Oregon experience!
