On this episode, Chris chatted with Ben Felton and Felix Waldek before the Berlin Half this Sunday! Felix is one of our OG Life in Stride athletes and is hosting Ben at his house in Berlin for the weekend!
Felix knows the course well and was able to give an excellent course preview. We also talked about his training and pace plan for Berlin Half as he gears up for Manchester Marathon here in a few weeks!
Ben is hoping to break 65 minutes on Sunday - we chatted pace plan, pre-race fuel and supplements, race shoes, and his training between Barcelona Half and Berlin. He had one really key workout featured on one of his YouTube videos that we specifically talked about, being the 5k-4k-3k-2k-1k session.
