His rise to the professional ranks started in 2022 when he made national news after defeating Mo Farah in a road 10k as a club runner, having to pay entry to the race and not even starting with the elite field!Now, Ellis is a proven professional athlete, with a 10k PB of 27:43 and hoping to run 2:09 in his debut marathon in Seville, Spain in just 4 weeks!
