On our very first episode we are so honored to have US Army Veteran Topaz Navarro. &nbsp;Navarro describes himself as an advocate, a teammate, a friend and a survivor. In this episode he talks about the importance of mental health and sharing our experiences with each other. You will learn about the wonderful resources available for the Veterans in our community.
