This is my first review that I have ever posted for ANYONE ever! I found this podcast after the realization that working in the corporate world is no longer fulfilling and wanting something more. Coaching peeked my curiosity and that’s how I ended up here. I am now truly addicted and listening to Frank almost daily. It is inspiring, an eye opener in a good way, thoughtful and very informative about the mindset of a coach and qualifications. If you are looking for answers or sitting on the sidelines wondering what coaching is all about, Frank gives you everything and then some on this podcast. Take it from me who is a seriously cautious person. This makes me want to be ALL in with becoming a Coach.

I found this while I was searching for life coaching tips. I haven’t needed to listen to anything else since finding it because nothing else can match this! I found this podcast after i started my coaching training journey and really enjoy having expanded perspectives and something in my podcast feed that keeps me inspired while I’m commuting and learning on the go. I was spiraling from researching different coaching programs and whether or not I should even pursue coaching. Then I stumbled upon this podcast in a Reddit thread. I’m so grateful because Frank provided hours of insight about coaching. I soon enrolled in his program and I’m loving every minute of it! This podcast is great even if you’re not planning on becoming a coach.

The Life Coaching Secrets podcast gives you the confidence you need to step into a new career (if you’re looking to make the switch) or build on your current practice. Frank reassures you that you can do this! I listened to the podcast and joined the TCA program a few weeks later. I’m learning so much about life coaching but most importantly about myself. Frank and the TCA community are inspiring and supportive and I’m thankful to continue to learn in this podcast and the TCA program.

Frank is very down to earth and easy to listen to. He is fun and entertaining and brings actionable steps and ideas that have helped me in my coaching business. As a Thriving Coach Academy student I always learn something from these podcasts. Although this podcast is specifically for professional life coaches, I file it under leadership and business as well. I’m a longtime consumer of leadership podcasts and a newcomer to professional coaching and I’ve found so many actionable insights on becoming a better coach, businessperson and leader from this podcast. Frank blends personal stories, lessons from decades as a coach and instructor to make the learning so engaging. This podcast can be a standalone pillar for any professional coach or a perfect complement to the best coaching program on the planet.

I don’t leave reviews all that often, but this podcast deserves one! So many podcasts out there teaching little teasers and then wanting you to buy the course for more info. But this podcast gives LOTS of actual useable information! I’m sure his courses are fantastic, but if you can’t buy it you can still get good stuff here. So grateful for the great lessons here. Thank You Frank Marci and the academy for not being a tease!

I find Frank's episodes have an upbeat positive vibe to them which I appreciate as a new coaching student. I learn so much information from every episode and I often listen to many of them more than once. I'm excited about joining TCA and learning podcasting myself and Frank has inspired me for sure!

I listen to several life coaching podcasts. Frank’s is exceptional. I am able to implement things he teaches immediately. After listening for months, I researched Thriving Coach Academy. I had certifications from two other excellent institutions, but found that TCA was more rigorous and addressed all the components I was seeking including the business side of building a coaching practice.

This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE podcast! Frank is such an amazingly knowledgeable, insightful, empathetic, caring and intuitive coach and teacher! As someone who is called to begin my own life coaching business, I am receiving more value from listening to this than I could ever have hoped for! This is for anyone who is called to coaching and/or interested in improving their life all-around! I have grown leaps and bounds since I began listening a couple months ago! Thank you, Frank! I met Frank in coach training years ao. He was a trainer at the time. I was so impressed by his compassion and coaching techniques. He is direct, but gentle. Frank has a sense of humor that enables those he works with to feel connected with him. Frank’s energy is another story! What an energetic presence he has! It’s difficult for me to just listen because I am writing down so much information that can make me a better coach and person in general. So amazed at the genuineness of Frank and how he is always wanting to help others grow and truly thrive!!!

I have listened to these podcasts over and over again. With each listening, I am able to dig deeper, learn more and be inspired not only with my coaching business, but for myself as well. As part of my ministry/ business I felt led to offer life coaching as a way to transform lives. I typed in “life coaching” and came across Frank Macri and Thriving Coach Academy (TCA). I listened to all 20 podcasts (all that there was then) in a few days and was captivated with how the teaching would help me accomplish my goal of transforming lives. I have since joined TCA and so glad I did. There is 3 modules and I’m only on #1 but really looking forward to learning more. I’ve also listened to 10 more podcasts that are excellent. I highly recommend these podcasts and TCA.

These episodes provide great coaching insights in easy to digest chunks. And the use of story brings topics to life. It’s nice to have another way to tap into Frank’s coaching expertise.
