Undivided is a podcast series that has sought over the course of a sixty episode run to identify and bridge barriers in society. This episode will explore some of the themes of the series and connect them to the concept of the light that resides within each person that can bring harmony to a fractured world. The series, which was recignized with two awards and garnered a following of loyal listeners throughout the United States, Canada, and the other parts of the world; sought to find common ground on issues of all kinds. The series featured special guests that were subject matter experts in their respective areas and found ways to bring together diverse groups of people with the goal of unity and the belief that people are inherently good.  This final episode will delve into many different areas that make up the human condition and seek to bring a message of hope in the Christmas season. The many divides that were tackled head on during the run of the series will serve as a backdrop to the ultimate theme of loving yourself and others as well as choosing to be the light to those in your individual "worlds" that are struggling.  Frank J. This episode in the series will look at societal responses to grief and personal tragedy, explore the flaws in those responses, and provide ways to move forward from those situations with positivity and hope.  Namrata Mathur was born and raised in India, but her parents were convinced she would achieve success in America. Her parents were advocates for her goals and ambitions and provided her the opportunity to travel to the U.S. to attend Clark University in Worcester, MA. Namrata earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark, and went on to obtain an MBA from Boston University.  She currently works as a technology strategist for a healthcare organization, and is a poet in her spare time. Namrata discovered a passion for coaching when she achieved her coaching certification from iPEC in empowerment coaching.
