I’m a stroke survivor, and so thankful I’m where I’m at today as well as finding these podcasts. I’m looking for ways to help communicate to family and friends the battles we face mentally? The physical stuff is easy for all to see, but I feel so many will never fully understand what we go through. So, I’m wondering if there are ways for others to better understand? Thanks Jon
