I love this podcast because it offers a challenge to the traditional readings of these gospel readings where Jesus is the truly challenges the traditions of the times and challenges us now to do the same in order to be in His image and walk His true path of love.

I am very grateful for the Liberation Lectionary podcasts. After preaching on the same texts for 38 years, I groan thinking that there is nothing new to say. Then I listen to the podcast of the week and it sparks a new idea, or looks at the passage in a fresh, new way, and I am relieved.
