-6 for nuggets of liberation. It is the Second Sunday of Advent and we make our way from near the end of the story of Jesus in Luke's gospel last week towards the beginning of the story this week. Today's stop is John the Baptizer. He is out in the desert telling folks that they need to get to leveling. The valleys and mountains that John is talking about won't require bulldozers.
