After losing 100 pounds I stumbled into Spartan obstacle course racing and became a competitive athlete. I am passionate about living a healthy active lifestyle and sharing my journey and knowledge in hopes of motivating others. I started racing in the open heat, then moved to age group, and I am now heading into the 2022 season racing elite.This podcast is a place for women in OCR to come for all things OCR. Come hang out and get motivated. Hear stories of the ups and downs of obstacle course racing and the journey towards becoming and staying competitive.
