Leukaemia Cast has been developed by Children's Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin with the support of Servier Laboratories Ireland. Leukaemia CAST is a five-part series for you to hear all about life with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, getting insights from patients, their families and their healthcare professionals through their personal stories.
The start of all cancer journeys is life changing. Getting a diagnosis of Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia is devastating for patients and their families. The schedule of treatment can be overwhelming but all cancer journeys are different. What does life look like after a diagnosis and what should patients and their families expect and how can they prepare for this journey?
We hope that this podcast will provide you, the listener, with practical advice on how to best navigate the cancer journey with a child or young person with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
