IN THE NEWS:  A report showed 27.6% of Americans are physically inactive and 43% of inactive people said having someone to do an activity with would make them more likely to participate.  Also, grilled or well-done beef, chicken or fish may raise the risk of developing high blood pressure among people who regularly eat those foods.
