Completely enjoyed this podcast and looked forward to each episode. I hope there is a season 2.

Lefty politics and “hot takes” abound in yet another podcast. Over it.

I appreciate that this podcast at least surprised me by taking a psychological approach, but these two reporters have zero credentials as psychologists etc- and it really shows. They barely give details on the actual crime, read only short excerpts of the killer’s letters, and then give their pretty half-baked “hot takes” on the psychology behind their words…

Ive read several reviews that feel like this podcast paints these criminals as victims. I actually do not feel like that’s the case. In several of these stories, it’s made very clear that they are doing research on what goes on in the minds of murderers. I personally enjoy their approach. My only suggestion is to use different voice actors for the letters.

I really wanted to love this podcast I was so interested in it but as I started to listen the person would read the letters and then another person would explain when it’s already been said . They did not need a second narrator the letters are pretty self-explanatory. Pretty much this was my only complaint and I couldn’t get past it to continue listening

Can’t believe you are giving these vile people a forum to lie, justify, and minimize their crimes. I feel ZERO sympathy for these pieces of garbage…I don’t care if their mommies were mean to them or if they were addicted to drugs or if they have bad lives in prison. What a disgusting podcast.

It says letters from a killer but they only read a minute or two of the letter or letters, and them it’s just them talking. Needs some audio like 911 calls or maybe to hear from actual killer. Poorly done and very boring

I enjoy the show, my only issue/complaint/suggestion 🙈😆: the actors reading the letters should be different for each prisoner.
