#LetsTalk Is a series featured as part of the #MyYear Documentary as a means to hear individuals stories about their own experience with mental and physical health problems.

The Documentary will see Jay transform himself not only physically but mentally as well to better himself. During this journey we will speak to lots of individuals to hear their story and find what they do to better themselves both physically and mentally. Jay will set a challenge for the individual to seek discomfort and try something they've never done before.
