Every time I listen to Mark and Juby it’s as if I’m sitting on a couch in the living room of good friends with good wholesome Godly conversation. I find myself answering the questions and laughing out loud with them. I find the podcasts thought-provoking, humbling and helping me grow closer to God. Thank you Mark and Juby- your ministry is appreciated.

Mark and Juby show up to each conversation with a pure heart and the courage to make the listener go inward on their habitual belief narrative. I can come here as a safe space for a resource of what may be going on through a pastors mind/perspective but feel though they are speaking from the heart of a congregate. When faith is discussed I find myself checking in on my internal belief system and where am I lacking, where are my strengths, and how can I grow as a believer. I am sure to always have a good listen here and always finish off feeling as if I just sat across the table from Mark and Juby for a personal conversation.

I love the heart Mark and Juby bring to this grace-filled podcast that has a great balance between good stories, playful banter and steps to make action-oriented decisions you can apply right after listening. The academic in me wants an outline I can follow along and take notes but when I’m on the go which is 99% of the time, I’m happy to just tune in on these wholesome, helpful and heart-warming conversations between folks who set a great example of strong partnership. I have always enjoyed learning from Pastor Mark. When he speaks, wisdom and understanding flow. I never walk away wondering what I learned about but I walk away wanting to apply what I learned to my life to grow deeper in certain areas. Pastor Mark and Juby are a power couple. They both speak wisdom and makes you think deeper about where you are and where you want to be as well as bringing laughter and joy to your heart. Reflection and understanding.. clarity and willingness to be open. I love listening to this podcast. It’s soothing, light hearted and hits me right in my soul. I was always a spiritual person. I believe in God but because my parent’s past I never went to church. As an adult, I’ve found my relationship with God at 33. Building that relationship with my daughter as well and she loves learning and listening to the readings. We’re learning to love, worship and have the guidance through prayer. Thank you for your guidance and allowing me to open my heart fully! It’s been such an amazing experience.

I love how open and honest this podcast is, it gives me the opportunity to reflect on what I feel God speaking to me about. This not only gives room for self evaluation, but also opens the door for good communication with others allowing for the opportunity to love others well as Mark is doing with this podcast. I am grateful for this space of loving God and being another beam of light in an increasingly dark world from a place of humanity (I definitely like the word humanness better lol).

I listened to the episode Suffering Well and I loved how open and honest the dialogue was. Mark asks really good questions such as "what is the biblical understanding of suffering?" And he brings suffering into a biblical framework of how creation was supposed to be in the very beginning--a paradise. I appreciate that he uses the Bible when he talks about the Bible so I know that this isn't just a feel good podcast without truth. Wow so glad I found this podcast!

I so appreciate this podcast as it features candid conversations about life and in particular what does the Bible say about how we live it. I truly enjoy the candidness as it has helped me ask myself, “what do you think about...?” This most recent episode, “Who Are You?” brings me back to a favorite book/bible study Purpose Driven Life. Mark had a unique way of breaking it down and helping us literally take it one actionable step at a time. In this crazy year 2020, the one thing God has pressed upon my heart is to slow down, and reflect on what is MOST important in my life. This is my new favorite podcast! This show is genuine, raw, and relatable! The topics & discussions are vulnerable & correlate real life through a kingdom perspective. It is refreshing to discuss the hard topics then learn healthy ways to improve from them.

This podcast has vulnerability, transparency, facts, relatable stories/experiences, encouragement and direction which are all the things I need in my life. Mark asks the best questions and gives excellent spiritual advice. His guest are just as great. They are open and honest and definitely relatable. They are going deep and literally freeing people with their conversations about their experiences. I freaking love this podcast!

I have listened to a couple of the podcasts listed by Mark and Jessica! I came across the episode over the topic of “Mental Health and Christianity” and after listening to part 1, I quickly had to jump into part 2 because the conversation not just resonated with my personal life journey but I appreciated the vulnerability, the willingness to talk about the issues but point back to how God fits into those things! It was a great reminder especially as I have just overcome certain pieces of my trauma in therapy, just how the Lord truly just calls us to lay these things at his feet! I appreciate Juby’s willingness to be authentic! I can’t wait to listen to more topics, as I truly value the teachings from Mark and Jessica! My dear mentor/mom/friend referred an episode of this podcast to me. I listened the episode “Mental Health and Christianity pt. 2” and listened to it again! I believe her name is Juby—her story especially hit home for me personally. I was pleased to see that a few other episodes had been recorded. So, of course I binge listened to them! I can’t get enough of the refreshing topics and conversations. It is so important for these topics to be discussed, especially among believers. If there is any group of people that should be discussing the hard stuff, it should be Christians! Thank you for such an on time message!
