Erica and Shelley are so fun, funny, and relatable, it doesn’t matter that I wasn’t in middle school in the late nineties/early 2000s. This show is AMAZING and sweet and hilarious. The hosts invite you into their world with open arms.

omg I’m OBSESSED. This podcast speaks to every happy memory of being young in the nineties, loving theater and boys and pop culture, and just wanting to fit in. The dramatic readings of middle school drama are AMAZING. Because being a kid IS one long soap opera. Totally relevant to millennials in particular, but truly to anyone who’s ever felt just a little bit different. It’s time to love that part of yourself again!

I just binge-listened to the first four episodes in 15-30 minutes (you’ll get it once you start listening). Shelley and Erica are hilarious and fun to listen to as they describe all the drama they faced growing up using their diaries as the story-telling medium. Anyone who has done theater acting or wrote in their journals often can relate in so many ways to the stories told through their diary entries. I can’t wait to hear what starts happening once they get into high school. 😂
